William H. Abronson, Esq

In 1969 William H. Abronson began his legal career at Southeast Neighborhood Legal Services, where he provided a full range of free legal services to those who could not otherwise afford an attorney. During that time, he handled a wide range of issues, including evictions and defending individuals from debt collectors and insurance companies. Mr. Abronson was also the lead attorney in the Family Law practice area, and handled over 2500 divorce cases.

In 1972, William Abronson established his own practice, where he specialized in Family Law and Plaintiff’s Personal Injury matters. In addition, from 1984 to 1990, Mr. Abronson also undertook two major litigation claims. The first was defending a Property Management company that was an ancillary Defendant in a major Ponzi type scheme. The second case was Defending an owner of a Cemetery and Crematorium in a Class Action lawsuit involving the inappropriate disposition of Ashes. Both matters were resolved without the need for trial.

Today, William Abronson focuses on Plaintiff’s Personal Injury matters and general litigation. He will also handle the occasional uncontested divorce.

   · Director of the Norwalk California office, family law center. Personally handled approximately 2500 divorces and all Personal Injury subrogation defense cases
   · At all times, the emphasis of the practice was on providing legal services to those who could not afford an attorney, and identifying major problems in our legal system being suffered by the poor, that could be remedied by class action lawsuits
